We want you to love your purchase! Please review our domestic shipping and return guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Free Shipping Promotion

• Initial Delivery: We proudly offer free standard shipping on select products delivered across the United States.

• Scope: Free shipping applies strictly to the original outbound delivery from our fulfillment center to your shipping address. It does not cover reverse logistics, exchanges, or return shipping labels.

2. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Our Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right at zero cost to you.

• Action Required: Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video proof of the issue.

• Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund or mail out a brand-new replacement free of charge. You will not be asked to ship the damaged item back.

3. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse (Changed Mind / Wrong Size)

• Return Window: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping postage costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for buyer's remorse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS Ground Advantage), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Restocking Fee: Please note that returns for buyer's remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund total.

4. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to an insufficient address, an incorrect address, or because it went unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
